This web site is for students and parents to keep updated on what is going on in science. I hope it will be a valuable tool for students to take responsibility for their learning and assure their success. You can find what we are up to on the Blog tabs at the top of this page.
Biography: My name is Tracy Temple and I have been teaching at Beaumont since 1992. I was born in Portland, but was raised in Salem. I have a B.S. in integrated science from Portland State as well as a Masters in Education. I thoroughly enjoy teaching science in this community and truly enjoy our students. I believe students should experience science in a meaningful hands-on way and that is what I try to do.
I live in Beavercreek with my husband, two dogs, two cats, and 10 chickens. We have two adult daughters that are well on their way to living happy successful lives. One is a geologist and the younger one works for a technology company. My husband and I have found the time to take classes together, learn to speak french, golf, bike, kayak, hike, travel, do art projects and garden.
